1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phwin1.cam (hereinafter "phwin1," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phwin1 online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of phwin1 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (PHP). You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes to ensure accuracy at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent phwin1
• Immediately notify phwin1 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public computers
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available to enhance account security

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. phwin1 shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 Account Verification

phwin1 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and/or other documents as deemed necessary by phwin1. Account functionality, including withdrawal privileges, may be restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

phwin1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers to major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), cryptocurrency (USDT), and authorized over-the-counter payment channels such as 7-Eleven. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP unless otherwise stated in promotional materials. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and payment method selected. All deposits must originate from payment accounts or financial institutions registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your phwin1 account, you must have completed all KYC verification requirements, wagered any bonus funds according to the applicable terms, and maintained a positive account balance after deducting any pending wagers or obligations.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, excluding weekends and Philippine national holidays. Funds are typically credited to your designated payment method within 1-3 business days, depending on the method selected and your financial institution's processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your name and previously verified by phwin1. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 PHP in a single transaction or ₱200,000 PHP in aggregate within a 30-day period. phwin1 reserves the right to request additional documentation or decline withdrawal requests that do not comply with these Terms or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

phwin1's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

phwin1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or violated any applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and funds obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you following verification procedures.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements for bonus funds.
